You Name It, We Pressure Wash Wash It.

Did you know that applying too much pressure during a power washing service can actually cause damage that can become very costly to repair?
Did you also know that some of the cleaners used in power washing can actually damage and even kill vegetation?

Attention to details such as this sets Xtreme Power Washing far apart from our competitors. We know that the extreme humidity in South Carolina can be brutal causing rust, mold, and mildew to form. We take the care to discuss the full scope of the project with home and business owners so that we remove mold, algae, mildew, pollen, dirt, moss, and stains with as little pressure as possible. We also take care to pre and post-treat where necessary.

After all, it’s your investment you are entrusting with us  and our job is to make it shine.

Frequently Asked Questions:

How often should I pressure wash my home?

We recommend pressure washing every 12 to 18 months.  This helps to prolong the longevity of your siding and make it always look great.

How long does it take to pressure wash?

Depends on the square footage.  On average for a house, every 1,000 square feet is roughly an hour. Concrete usually takes a little longer to clean.

How long does it take for the mold and algae to come back after pressure washing?

If the house is blocked and sunlight cannot reach the house then it can grow back within one to two years.

Will it ruin my plants and shrubs around the house?

No, but you will need to water them before and after.

Will it damage the paint on the house?

No. We use a soft wash system.  The water pressure is not any higher than what comes out of the hose itself.

Can you adjust to my hectic schedule?

Sure, no problem. We can work it out.  You do not need to be home while we work.

Are you insured?

Yes!

Is an outdoor water source needed?

Yes, we will need to have access to water to be able to perform the work.  We do have a portable water tank, but it can go pretty quickly, so a hard-line water hookup is preferred.
